Racing Appeals Tribunal
The Racing Appeals Tribunal hears appeals lodged against decisions to refuse or revoke licences or against penalties imposed by stewards. The Racing Appeals Tribunal hears appeals for all three racing codes: thoroughbred, harness and greyhound.
The Racing Appeals Tribunal is at:
Level 11 (registry) and Level 10 (hearing rooms)
259 Queen Street, Brisbane (two doors up from the GPO)

From December 1 2009 the Racing Appeals Tribunal will be amalgamating into the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Find out more about QCAT. Until then the Racing Appeals Tribunal will continue to handle any matters.
